Dr. Frederick Franck explains the process of how he translated his drawings of the Christian Stations of the Cross and the ancient Zen parable of the oxherd into stained glass panels, all of which are reproduced in this book in color. After exhibitions in the 1990s, culminating with a three-month show in the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine in New York City, the stained glass panels were placed in a specially designed building in the Pacem in Terris garden in Warwick, New York, where they remain.
