This package includes both student books and instructor manuals for each strand of the MCT curriculum at this level: grammar, practice, vocabulary, writing, poetics, and literature, offered at a reduced price.
In Level 6, the Lens II Level, the grammar, vocabulary, and writing strands continue to increase in difficulty, building cumulatively on the previous level so that children are steadily reinforcing their knowledge while simultaneously expanding and deepening it. The largest step up is in the poetics book, where children are asked to consider the concept of beauty, particularly in the context of the works of Plato. Children who completed Level 5 will find this level challenging but rewarding; however, there is enough review that even children new to the program will be able to complete it.
This package also includes an implementation booklet that provides both a general implementation guide and a detailed, week-by-week lesson plan for all strands of the curriculum. The implementation booklet is available ONLY to those people who have purchased a Complete Homeschool Package.
